Who is Train Body Brain™ for?

Train Body Brain™ was originally designed in 2016 by our founder Wendy MacLennan - to support the mental health of teenage girls. Pretty soon we realised that teen boys and adults loved the Train Body Brain™ method too. We don't like anyone to feel left out - so take a look below & find out about a class to suit you!

The Train Body Brain™ method

There's no choreography involved and classes suit all fitness levels, making our method inclusive and appealing to all - whether perceived as "sporty" or not.

Step One

A short meditation - we encourage you to drop out of your busy brain and into your body. Allowing you to arrive in the present moment feel grounded & let go of worry.

Step Two

Each class begins with a dynamic warm up. As we warm up the body, the brain is encouraged to release any habitual negative thoughts.

Step Three

This is followed by 20 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with powerfully positive mantras, and then 25 minutes of strengthening and stretching.

Step Four

The class closes with 15 minutes of mindful meditation. Train Body Brain™ meditations focus on self-compassion and letting go of anxiety.
